League Table Deal Credits

  • For Deal Quantity on M&A Adviser and Financing Banks, parties are allocated one deal credit for each qualifying deal.
  • For Deal Value on M&A Adviser, each individual deal value is divided by the number of banks advising on each side of the transaction. Those amounts are then added together to give a Total Deal Value for each bank.
  • The same applies for the Financing Bank League Tables, but only lead banks (MLAs, managing bookrunners or similar) are given a credit.

Tie Breaks

  • For any tie breaks on Deal Quantity for M&A and Financing, parties have been ranked using a secondary metric of total Deal Value.
  • For any tie breaks on Deal Value for M&A and Financing, parties have been ranked in alphabetical order.
